Blind Hatred? A fuel efficient hybrid SUV is on the way but environmentalists may still hate it on looks alone. I'm wondering why the same hatred doesn't already extend to minivans, vans and pickup trucks which have similarly poor mileage or worse. Perhaps it's just consumerism and the car culture that raises their ire. Fair enough. But then no SUV hater should own a car, period, to remain consistent. Or is a "little sin" OK?
