I just completed a trip to
Publix, a local grocery store, and picked up two
reusable grocery bags at $1 each. No paper or plastic this time. Instead I actually paid money to save a tiny weenie, itsy bitsy part of the environment. (And the grocery saved a few pennies not giving me an old, one use bag.)
No treaties, no regulations, no new taxes, no carbon offsets to buy. Ain't it sweet when capitalism and environmentalism work together?
